What GRC says: Fall 2021 Newpower is a classic late bloomer, who has used his work ethic to climb from relative obscurity to undrafted free agent signing with Detroit. A big defender with good size, Wyatt plays a physical defensive game, but has also shown glimpses of an offensive skill set that could make him a solid middle pairing two-way blueliner. He should be solid for Grand Rapids, and if he keeps making strides could be a dark horse for playing time with the parent club
