The Griffins shortened their training camp roster to 23 players this afternoon by cutting nine players from camp. Rookie winger Mike Walsh, under contract to Grand Rapids, was assigned to the Toledo Storm (ECHL). Mike Berry, Brandon Kaleniecki, Evan Kotsopoulos, Paul Crosty, Andy Zulyniak, Andrew Martin and Jamie Tardif were all released.
